When are you open?
​          TRIPLE  R  is open every day:  11-7:59, closed on Thanksgiving Day & the day after,  and Christmas Day & the day after.

Do you do custom cooking or smoking?
​          YES!  You bring it, we smoke it!  $15 for spiral hams, $30 for turkeys, and $2 per pound (uncooked weight) for all other meats.  Briskets
​          chopped or sliced for an additional $5.00 per brisket.  Bring your thawed-out meat to TRIPLE  R, pick it up in the evening or the next
​          day - hot and ready to eat or wrapped and ready to reheat at your convenience.  From a package of chicken, a slab of ribs, a brisket to
​           a whole hog, TRIPLE R will fix you up.  Call for more details.

Is catering limited to beans, potato salad and cole slaw?    
          Absolutely not!  You may choose any of our sides to go with your meat choices.  Special requests, just ask us!

Are your meats pre-seasoned or drowned in bbq sauce?     
​          Brisket - no;  We rely on the natural goodness of the hickory smoke to flavor our meat.  Chicken breasts - yes, marinated overnight in Greek
          dressing for added flavor and tenderness.  Ribs - yes, rubbed with our own TRIPLE  R  BARBECUE homemade rib rub.  Our yummy
​          homemade Barbecue Sauce is added only when served, at your request, or served on the side for all meats.

Do you have any vegetarian menu items?
​
​          ​ Well, we are a barbecue joint, but our cold sides are meat-free, plus our baked potatoes, cheesy potatoes, corn and mixed veggies.  We can also
​          make our green beans, pinto beans, barbecue beans and baked potato casserole meat-free upon request for delivery or caterings.

​Will we have enough food to feed all our guests?
​
​          Yes - We always bring the proper amount of food for guests that are expected, plus extra, just in case someone didn't RSVP.  Extra guests
​          may incur extra charges, per plate.  We don't routinely leave "leftovers" due to food safety, but we ALWAYS bring more than you've ordered.

​Who supplies catering tables and tablecloths for the buffet line at our event? 
​          TRIPLE  R  does - we bring everything necessary for your event.  If your facility has tables available or already set up, we can use those
​          instead.  We also bring tablecloths for our buffet line (black, mossy green or red/white checked), or you may supply them to match your décor.

Where can I see reviews of your business?
​          Currently, you can see reviews on our Facebook page, Google, Trip Advisor and Yelp. 

Why do I see different menu prices when I look online?
           
When customers post a picture of our menu online, we can't change or update another person's post.  Also, there are quite a few websites which pick up                  our menu and post, but don't notify us or allow us to change it on their website.  Our official Triple R Barbecue webpage always has a current, dated 
            menu under the "menu" tab.
