Our meat is smoked daily (and overnight) in our big Old Hickory pit using locally cut and seasoned hickory logs. Our 16 sides and veggies are freshly made each day using our own special recipes. Ever spent a whole summer making batches of cole slaw, potato salad, beans and barbecue sauce? We have; that's why we believe we have the best tasting veggies - and our Triple R Barbecue Sauce ... sweet, a little spicy ... yummy and delicious!
